Tell us what’s going on

You’re not expected to diagnose your own business first.

One form, one inbox, and a person on the other end of it. If the problem belongs with an attorney, an accountant or somebody else licensed to handle it, we’ll say so.

We review every inquiry to understand what we’re dealing with and whether RCAG is the right fit. If we believe we can help, we’ll contact you about the next step. If the problem belongs with another professional, we’ll tell you that too.

There’s no sales sequence behind this form. It goes to one inbox, a person reads it, and you hear back from a person.

General inquiry

As much or as little as you want. You’re not expected to diagnose your own business.

We use what you send to respond to you and nothing else. We don’t sell it, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and these forms don’t ask for financial, banking, tax, employee or legal records. What we hold and for how long.

Before you write

What you should know before you send it

Sending this doesn’t start anything formal
Submitting a form or sending an email doesn’t create a consulting or advisory relationship, and it isn’t confidential in the way a conversation with your attorney is. Engagements begin with a written proposal and an agreement, never with a message.
We may not be the right fit
RCAG may not be the right fit when the requested work falls outside our experience or authority, requires a licensed professional rather than RCAG, presents a conflict, or when we don’t believe we can responsibly help solve the problem. Saying so early is part of the job.
No, and most people don’t. Working out what the problem actually is rather than what it looks like is the first piece of work, not a prerequisite for calling.
Not a published one. Inquiries start here or by email, and a conversation gets scheduled once we know roughly what it’s about.
Different door. The professional network is here, and the short application takes a few minutes.

Not sure this is the right door?

The two pathways are for people who need help with a business, and for professionals who want to join the network. Either way, the form above reaches us.

Roland Conner Advisory Group LLC provides business advisory and consulting services. RCAG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Submitting information through this website does not create a consulting or advisory relationship.
