What this site collects, and what it doesn’t
Three forms, two companies involved, no cookies and no tracking.
The whole of it: what you type into a form, received by Formspree and emailed to us so we can reply. No cookies, no analytics, and nothing sold to anybody.

The short version
This website has three forms. What you type into one of them goes to Formspree, which holds it and emails it to us so we can read it. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking anywhere on this site.
We do not set cookies. We do not ask for financial, banking, tax, employee or legal records. Formspree records the internet address you submitted from as part of its own spam handling, which is the one piece of technical information attached to a submission.
Who is responsible
Roland Conner Advisory Group LLC (P.O. Box 101, Rutherford, NJ 07070) decides what this website collects and why. Questions about anything on this page go to info@rcagadvisory.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, and only the fields that form asks for.
| Form | Fields |
|---|---|
| Contact | Name, email, business or organization, and your message. |
| Client questionnaire | Name, email, business name, stage of the business, and your written answers to twelve questions about the business, what you think is wrong, who else advises you, what you are committed to, who works there, and what you are worried about. |
| Professional application | Name, email, phone, firm, discipline, website, license or credential, and your description of your practice. |
The client questionnaire is the longest thing on this site and it asks for a real account of a business, so it deserves being specific: it is sixteen written answers, all required, and every one of them is something you type rather than something we observe. Nothing is pre-filled from anywhere else and nothing is inferred about you.
Before you send it
While you are filling the questionnaire in, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can leave and come back. That draft sits on your device, it is not sent anywhere, and we cannot see it. Clearing it, or pressing “clear and start over”, removes it. It is also removed automatically once you send the form.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Cookies. This site sets none, for any purpose.
- Analytics of any kind. There is no tracking script on this website.
- Financial, banking, tax, employee or legal records. No form asks for them, and the money question on the questionnaire asks for the shape of the position rather than statements or account numbers.
- Anything about you from anywhere other than what you type.
Formspree, which receives the forms, records the internet address you submitted from and the time you submitted, as part of how it blocks automated abuse. We do not use that for anything, and it is not something we can switch off.
Why we hold it
To read what you sent, decide whether RCAG is the right fit, and reply to you. That is the whole purpose. Where a legal basis is required, ours is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
Where it goes
| Who | What they do | What they hold |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the website and routes mail sent to our address on to the inbox we read. | Nothing from the forms. Form submissions do not pass through our own storage at all. |
| Formspree, Inc. | Receives every form on this site, holds the submission, and emails it to us. | The submission, plus the internet address and time it was sent from. |
Those are the only third parties involved. Both are in the United States, so if you are writing from outside it, that is where your submission goes. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become an engagement are deleted from Formspree twenty-four months after they are submitted. Where an inquiry becomes a client engagement, the record is kept under the retention that applies to the engagement itself, which is governed by our agreement with that client rather than by this website.
The email copy sits in our inbox, and we clear those on the same twenty-four month basis.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Write to info@rcagadvisory.com and we will.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to our holding it. Regardless of where you live, we will do all four on request, because there is very little here and no reason to make it difficult.
Write to info@rcagadvisory.com. We may ask you to confirm the email address the submission came from, because that is the only way we can identify the record.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about anybody.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions travel encrypted. Access to them is limited to people at RCAG who need it to respond to you, and to Formspree as the provider that receives them. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Children
This is a business advisory website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Confidentiality is not privilege
We treat what you send as confidential business information. That is not the same as legal privilege, which exists only between you and your attorney. Do not put anything into a web form that needs privilege to protect it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
