Nothing here is advice
Everything on this website is general information about what RCAG does. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own situation from someone qualified to give it.
Roland Conner Advisory Group LLC provides business advisory and consulting services. It is not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a registered investment adviser, and it does not practice law or public accountancy. Where a matter requires a licensed professional, RCAG identifies the capability required and, where appropriate, introduces an independent professional from its network.
Using this site starts nothing
Submitting a form, sending an email, or reading anything here does not create a consulting, advisory, professional, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship between you and RCAG. An engagement begins only when RCAG and a client have a written agreement, and the scope of that engagement is whatever that agreement says it is.
Scope, deliverables and timing on any engagement are determined by the problem RCAG is asked to solve. Every engagement is defined in writing before work begins.
The professional network
Professionals in RCAG’s network are independent. They are engaged by the client directly, under their own agreements, on their own terms, and they remain solely responsible for their own advice and services. RCAG is not a party to that relationship, does not supervise regulated professional work, and does not guarantee, warrant or assume liability for any independent professional’s work.
RCAG selects professionals on their ability to solve the client’s problem. There is no membership fee to join the network. Referral, affiliate, origination or other compensation arrangements may exist depending on the professional category and the engagement; compensation does not buy access to RCAG clients and does not determine who RCAG recommends.
The content on this site
The text, design, diagrams, logos and other material on this website belong to Roland Conner Advisory Group LLC unless stated otherwise. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own, or use the RCAG name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist.
Where this site describes past events, including the founder’s own operating history, it describes them as he experienced them. Nothing in that account is a prediction, a promise, or a representation about what any other business will experience.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is either. Regulations change, and a page written in good faith can be out of date by the time you read it. Do not act on anything here without checking it against your own situation with someone qualified.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
