No one person knows everything
That isn’t a weakness in the model. It’s the model.
A network of independent professionals across eleven disciplines, brought in when your situation actually needs one. You engage them directly, on their terms, and they stay responsible for their own advice.
One advisor was never going to catch the opening costs, the contract terms, the loan structure and the day-to-day operations all at once, because those are four different jobs done by four different kinds of professional.
A firm that tells you otherwise is selling you the same story that causes the problem in the first place. So we don’t pretend to be the lawyer, the accountant, the lender, the engineer or the tax professional. We keep a network of independent professionals and bring one in when your situation actually calls for it.
What we are good at is working out what a job really needs and then keeping the order straight, which is a different skill from any of the eleven below and is the one most owners are missing when they call.
Eleven disciplines
What actually happens when you need one
One thing here is worth saying out loud rather than leaving you to assume it. We choose professionals because we know they can help solve your problem, the same way they help us solve ours. There is no membership fee to join the network. Referral, affiliate, origination or other compensation arrangements may exist depending on the professional category and the engagement, but compensation does not buy access to RCAG clients and does not determine who we recommend.
If you’re thinking about joining
Good at what you do?
It starts with a short application. If there looks to be a fit, the full vetting form follows. No fee at either stage.
